RE Bikes was set up in 2025. Based near Bridport in Dorset it is run by Richard Edwards.

Richard says, "I am a keen cyclist for both day to day cycling and touring at home and abroad.

"I have always enjoyed repairing bikes so in 2025 I decided to turn this into a business by buying, refurbishing and selling bikes. 

"I got some great experience volunteering at the Julian House bike workshop in Bath in 2025, and I completed my Level 2 Cytech Bike Mechanic qualification in February 2026.

"Every bike I sell is thoroughly serviced. I offer a 2 year guarantee on all components - frame, gears, brake levers, gear shifters, bottom bracket, headset.

I also offer free tune-ups on all bikes sold (not including cost of replacing parts such as cables, brake blocks, chain etc.)"
